Phase #1 Explore, Find, Research and Present
As your"Licensed Business/Real Estate Broker", AFD will source OEM Open Points and Buy Sells in the dealers’ market or anywhere in the USA. We will:
•Source acceptable franchise locations and facilities.
•Evaluate all purchase opportunities. •Introduce you to the best "Automotive Lawyers" in the country to handle all your automotive and corporation needs.
•Set realistic pricing backed up by our accountants review of all documents.
•Develop/prepare presentation to OEM for Dealer Group.
•Make the formal presentation to OEM Franchise Development Team for approval Handle all application paperwork and documentation
Phase #2 Locate & Develop
Finding the right location, franchise and facility is only part of the work to be done. AFD will:
• Arrange for the purchase or lease of facility.
• Coordinate construction and renovation to OEM guidelines.
• Liaison with Dealer Group on all third-party contracts.
• Arrange for Flooring Assistance with preferred banks.
• Assist with Municipal Permits and Certificate of Occupancy.
• Work with Dealer Group to furnish and equip Sales, Service and Parts Depts.
Phase #3 Launch Sequence
Probably the most critical part of what we do is to arrange for the opening and launch of the dealers
new facility. It’s a multi-faceted approach that many dealers honestly just assume will happen.
We don’t assume anything!
•Assist in hiring and training staff. •Develop Sales and Service BDC. •Assure Dealers employees are registered & trained with OEM. •Interview and recommend Marketing Agency and budgets. •Contract all Digital providers, Web, DMS, CRM, social media. •Complete construction and or renovation to OEM guidelines. •Liaison with all third parties to Launch “Your” Grand Opening.
