Finding the right location, franchise and facility is only part of the work to be done. AFD will:
• Arrange for the purchase or lease of facility.
• Coordinate construction and renovation to OEM guidelines.
• Liaison with Dealer Group on all third-party contracts.
• Arrange for Flooring Assistance with preferred banks.
• Assist with Municipal Permits and Certificate of Occupancy.
• Work with Dealer Group to furnish and equip Sales, Service and Parts Depts.
