Probably the most critical part of what we do is to arrange for the opening and launch of the dealers
new facility. It’s a multi-faceted approach that many dealers honestly just assume will happen.
We don’t assume anything!
•Assist in hiring and training staff. •Develop Sales and Service BDC.
•Assure Dealers employees are registered & trained with OEM.
•Interview and recommend Marketing Agency and budgets.
•Contract all Digital providers, Web, DMS, CRM, social media.
•Complete construction and or renovation to OEM guidelines.
•Liaison with all third parties to Launch “Your” Grand Opening.
